2023 Boston Dance Alliance Gala

We hope you will join us at the 2023 Boston Dance Alliance gala at Arts at the Armory in Somerville the evening of Thursday June 15

• This year, for the first time, our panel of former Dr. Michael Shannon Dance Champions chose to honor three dancer/educators who have left extraordinary legacies to our community: Ann Brown Allen, Deborah Mason, and Dianne Walker! Plus the BDA Board honors Steve Adelson, the second-generation owner of Teddy Shoes in Cambridge, as the 2023 BDA Unsung Hero.  

• Once again we will gather in person -- and welcome those from across the world to celebrate with us on livestream!

• Please consider making a special gala donation to BDA to honor one – or more – of our awardees!

Arts at the Armory is wheelchair accessible, and the 2023 BDA Gala will be ASL interpreted. If you need a support person in order to attend this event, we offer a complimentary ticket for a companion or caregiver.
